General Ledger (GL)

1.1 Master Data

Safes & Banks Management

Manage the full cash cycle including safes, banks, checks, deposits, withdrawals, reconciliations, and real-time cash position dashboards.

2.1 Master Data

  • Safes: Define company safes and configure permissions for cash receiving and payments.
  • Banks: Define bank accounts and link them with deposits, withdrawals, and check operations.

2.2 Safe Transactions

  • Safe In: Record cash received into the safe from customers, branches, or other sources.
